The material separates two gasses; one inside at Ti = 270°C with convective coefficient hi = 60 W/(m2 K) and one outside with convective coefficient ho = 28 W/(m2 K). It is know that the temperature of the exposed side of the Teflon is Ts,o = 40°C. The two layers are not in perfect contact, resulting to an unknown contact resistance. Determine the magnitude of the contact resistance, in K/W, if it is known that the total heat transfer through the 34 cm wide by 64 cm high section is 1054.1 Watt. Use four decimal figures in your answer.
