The federal government’s powers under the Commerce Clause been expanded over time. The expansion of the federal power’s has gave the federal government upper hand to regulate the money and foreign trade. Though the Articles of Confederation has provided more power’s to state to create money and regulate trades in respective state. But recent, agreement of all states has added Articles under Constitution where more powers to impose taxes, regulates foreign trade and creates money has been provided to Federal Government. This decision has been taken to take care of problems which originate when person move from one state to another, a dispute arise between states about foreign trade deals and inflationary situations comes up now and then in state. A central conclusive decision taken on all these problems will provide more unity to the country. The Federal over-powers the inter-state confusions. The supreme court decisions have also played a vital role to enhance and expand the Federal powers by defining the decision of Federal under Commerce Clause to prevail on the state power provided in Articles.
