Specific brain mass = brain mass/ body mass

Considering brain mass of both the mammals to be same.

As specific brain mass is inversely proportional to body mass,

Ratio of mammal A's specific brain mass to mammal B's = 1/2 = 0.50

Note: 0 after digit 5 is counted as significant digit. Whereas if there had been zeroes between decimal point and 5, they would not be counted as significant.
