This is because in the case of orthostatic hypotension the chances of fall increases. Patient should be informed and educate about the precautions while walking and also encourage the proper intake of food. The blood pressure also should be monitored.

Answer: Lay them down on the ground and call for help, get something to drink and check their temperature.

The low blood pressure can cause strokes in patient and also may be fatal. Drinking water at instant may relief the blood pressure drop.
