Theoretically speaking the potential difference which should be applied in a fuel cell containing oxygen and hydrogen should be ideally 1.2 V but in practice however it is near about 0.5 to 0.6 V as and when the current flows.

But here since both the gases are operating at 5 bar hence, the potential difference might drop to 0 V.
