Hi, I need help with this question. Please explain in details how you got the answer with steps shown for each part so I can understand it thank you. I am not sure why 2.9 is wrong.

If we leave out the longest single travel time, 62 minutes, the mean for the remaining 14 people is 19.7 minutes. That one observation raises the mean by 2.9 minutes. Does the 1.5 x IQR rule identify this travel time as a suspected outlier? This travel time is not identified as an outlier.
