LD50 of FD&C = 300 mg/kg

Weight of person = 105 lb

1 lb = 0.454 kg

So, weight of person = 105 x 0.454 kg = 47.6 kg

So, lethal dose = 300 x 47.6 mg = 14288 mg = 14.3 g
