Subject : Accident Report

Accident are occurred due to unfortunate incident that happens unexpectedly and unintentionally, typically resulting in damage or injury. Daily large number of people meet with accident in their life due to carelessness. Accidents leads to severe injuries or sometimes lead to fatal death. The accident was taken place in a welding department which involved Mr. Sai. who was the Chief welder of the shop. The accident took place on 30th October at 10:00 am.

Accident took place when Mr. Sai was welding a Mild steel  rod with a stainless steel plate. Fire was caught while welding which spread to nearby tools and shop. Mr. Sai who was the welder was badly hurt. Dr. Suresh was the only witness of the incident. He summoned the firemen who controlled the situation from getting worse. Soon the fire was shutdown and Mr. Sai was taken to hospital. His 20% of body parts were burnt. He is under treatment and is hoping faster recovery. Large number of tools and spare parts where also damaged in the fire. The wires were worn out. The estimated cost of repair is about $1,50,000/-

The cause to fire may be due to short circuit in the main line, which led to large amount of current. As large amount of current flow, it caused fire.

Warnings signed have to be placed indicating danger. In order to prevent such accident a fire extinguisher must be placed in such places where such chance of incident can happen.
