1) The electrodes and solutions are in wrong compartment. As Zn undergo oxidation due to low reduction potential as compared to Ni hence it is present at negative terminal.

2) There is nothing wrong with this diagram.

3) The electrons are travelling the wrong direction down the wire. As electrons always travel from negative electrode to positive electrode.

4) The electrodes are in wrong solution.

5) The electrons are traveling through the salt bridge.
