Temperature in degree celsius Tc = (TF - 32) x (5/9)        ----------------------------(1)

and

Temperature in Kelvin Tk = (TF + 459.67) x (5/9)      ----------------------------------(2)

where TF is temperature in degree Fahrenheit

So from (1), Tc =   26.5 0C and from (2), Tk = 299.65 K
