Hypopotassemia : means low potassium level in the blood The prefix hypo- means "low or under"; kal- refers to kalium means potassium, emia means "in the blood.

dehydration :loss or removal of water, de- removal /loss , root: hydro- Means water

pyelonephritis: Inflammation of the kidney and its pelvis,  pyel(o)-pelvis, root word nephr/o: kidney, itis: inflammation

Parkinsonism: a degenerative disease paralysis/palsy. linked to tremors

exacerbation: an increase in the seviority of disease
