The pressure increases as one goes deeper within a liquid, and in Example 10.2 we found that the pressure increase can be quite large in deep locations in the oceans. This pressure change can also be quite noticeable in a swimming pool. When you dive to the bottom of a pool, you can sense the pressure increase with your ears. For a pool with a depth of 3.0 m, what is the difference between the pressure at the bottom of the pool and atmospheric pressure?
