Refer to the SAP Business One sales order form for an integrated enterprise system shown in Figure. Your assignment is to build the database tables and fields to link to a database form similar to the one shown in Figure.

Use Microsoft Access database software and the following figure of MS Access tables to build the tables and fields.

1. Build the Customer table and select the primary key.
2. Build the Sales Order table and select the primary key.
3. Build the Sales Order Line table and select the composite primary key.
4. Build the Item table and select the primary key.
5. Build the table relationships.
6. Print the table relationships.
7. Enter the following customer data into the Customer table and print.
