Ionic compounds having following properties has highest lattice enthalpy

(i) Ions having small radii

(ii) Compound having high charge

KCl, NaF and LiF all are +1 and -1 charges respectively

But in SrF2, MgF2 and CaCl2  , each cation is dipositive

but size order of cations is:

Mg < Ca< Sr

Thus, Answer is MgF2
