potassium phthalate molar mass = 204.22 g / mol

Moles of potassium phthalate = mass / molar mass = 0.6657 / 204.22 = 3.26 * 10-3 moles

we have the condition: moles of potassium phthalate = moles of NaOH

3.26 * 10-3 = molarity * 24.11 * 10-3

Solving, molarity = 1.35 * 10-1 M
