• Healthcare Fraud

These frauds are done in the healthcare sector for monetary gains.It can include insurance claim on a wrong way, double claiming, claiming without doing that procedure,wring intentional coding ,unbundling, excessive services than required etc.,

Drug fraud refers to intentional removal of the content or alteration of the native of drug.It can be legal by a healthcare provider or illegal by a dealer who prescribes and sells the medication respectively. Both are harmful to a person and they can claim under false claim act.The other factors are overpricing, low quality, alteration of generic content,etc.,

Medical fraud are simply can be referred to as malpractice done by a healthcare professionals.

• Government Contractor Fraud

These are fraudulent activities executed from a smaller set up to a multinational setup and receiving financial assistance or benefits from the federal government. These are generally related to the type of work

• Environmental Fraud

These frauds are associated with the harms caused to the environment .It generally includes chemical dumping ,hazardous wastes ,etc., polltingbthe environment. Marketing fraud,providing wrong data,etc., contribute to this and can be subjected under False Claim Act.
