Nursing practice has changed drastically over time. In the initial stages, no one had given respect to a nurse. They were considered to do the same duties as a housewife. But things had changed now. Now the nursing practice is a respectable and high earning work area with intensive medical training.
The role of a nurse has completely different from older days. Nurses were worked even without training during the 1970s. Now nursing practices are associated with advanced medical training and qualification. It's even changed the way in which the patient is addressed.
The advanced technologies in the medical field contributed much to the change of role of a nurse. Now patient care is considered very important and this took the nursing practitioners to front lines of the medical field and may continue its growth further.
