1.a.A resting or intention tremor can occur to an individual when at rest are in kinetic motion.They have tremors involuntarily and hardly able to control it.This is a sign of some central nervous system problem. This helps to determine which part of brain is affected .For example In Parkinson's basal ganglia and substantia niagra are affected.The tissues are affected in multiple sclerosis

b.Some of the possible cause of CNS disorder are

  • Parkinson's disease
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Muscular dystrophy
  • Spinal dystrophy

c.The non central nervous system causes are

  • Increased caffeine intake
  • Deficiency of vitamin D,Vitamin B and calcium
  • Fluid volume deficiency
  • Use of nicotine

2,This indicates the patient has motor cortex injury .The reflex are poor in case of motor neuron problems

The drugs used to treat are

Anti inflammatory to reduce any swelling

Anti cholinergic drugs
