Answer #1

1) During Calorimetry experiment, it is the change in heat content that is measured.

The heat gained by the calorimeter, Q, according to the equation Q = m * c * delta(T), where m represents the mass of water , c represents the heat capacity of water, or 4.184 joules per gram per degree Celsius, J/gC, and delta(T) represents the change in temperature.

Change in temperature, changes the amount of heat gained by the calorimeter

2) The mass of water in gram is to be specified as the molar heat gained varies

3)Simng stck Insulated lid Insulated ring Thermaneter Inner vesse Outer vessel Air sрася Calorimeter

4) Peanuts burn as they are organic in nature. They contain proteins, fatty acids etc.

Orange slice does not burn easily as it contains nearly 90% water component along with ascorbic acid ,i.e., vitamin C.

The oil from citrus fruits is volatile and flammable. When you squeeze the oil out of the fruit peel it vaporizes enough that you can flash your flame. It is primarily the D-limonene in the citrus oil that vaporizes and ignites.
