Customers and banks have a unique relationship in a sense that the bank is a custodian of the customers funds as well provides for various other services to the clients. Banks have a responsibility to build trust in the customers to ensure that their money is safe. The processes and fees that the banks charge must be transparent to ensure that the customers gain confidence and also ensure that the goodwill of the bank is intact. The complaint resolution must be swift to provide better services to the customer. Also, loyal customers must be rewarded to have a long standing relationship.
