The main strategies that are impotant to keep kids involved in sports all over teenage is to demonstrate them about how sports are important to stay fit and how fitness engages them in achieving their goals etc .Also it is important to mold the demonstration in hand with their area of interest and after certain time their routine in sports leads to become their habit and a part of their life on the whole. Apart from that, it is also important to learn their interest that is in which sport or physical activity they are interested in to engage them easily at the initial stage.
