Self awareness is a quality that an individual must possess so that he can identify his areas of strength and weaknesses there by he can improve and correct some areas of life or interaction or dealing with others.
Strategies to improve a nurse's relationship with managers who lack self awareness:
* With the due respect for the post for the manager or the leader, a nurse can be a lense through which a nurse manager can have better understanding about the unit or ward. A nurse should not be overly critical or blunt , but she can help the nurse manager to understand the feelings of team.

* Be cope up with the limitations of the manager . Compensate for their character but be alert
