2850-3000 cm-1, strong is due to sp3 alkane C-H stretching
1350-1480 cm-1, medium is due to sp3 alkane C-H bending
1735-1750 cm-1, strong is due to ester C=O stretch
1000-1300 cm-1, strong, more than two bands are due to symmetric & asymmetric ester C-O stretch
Conclusion: the compound should have a formate group and compound is non-aromatic.
