In the health care team, I am a Registered nurse. I can define professionalism as a professional character person with conduct, aims or quality and special knowledge, etc. Profession carries great responsibility and privilege they ensure values and standards for their work, they adhere to codes as conduct by performing their ethics and safeguarding the health and wellbeing of the public. Our professional responsibility follows ethical and moral rules related to patient care, integrity, colloboration. patient interest regards equity and medical condition and collaborations among the professional teams are the part of our responsibility and personal responsibility we have as nursing judgment and action we delegate our duties to our subordinates. our ethical knowledge should focus on health, wellness, and avoidance of disease including community health.
Leaders in our organization considered as a steward of health care because they follow the meaningful change in nursing practice. they have quality character, self-discipline, and courage, they assist us in advance in practice to follow the evidence-based practice that should follow the general principles. nurse-patient encounter promotes new understanding that encourages patient self-development, respecting their values to be authentic nurse assist patient to provide support. The nursing profession needs leaders with stewardship to make great features with the nurse to make changes in their authenticity, power, influence, advocacy that help their colleagues to shape their future.
