This documentary talks about the ethical dilemma that runs daily in the ICU between the doctors, patients and the families at the end of life care. This film focuses on several questions like when to withdraw care, take over a decision by family members over the patient, person's faith at the end-stage. The main character Zitter a palliative care specialist who supports the patient and the family at the end of life care decision. The film talks about three main patients Selena, Donna, and a woman all those on supportive equipment with no chance of recovery. The doctors hope to do maximum treatment for these patients beyond the limit, and the families are expecting for the occurrence of any miracle. Zitter makes others realize that the use of life-supporting equipment and additional sources for those with no hope of recovery is useless. The patient and family has to be pictured in a real situation. Anyway, the inevitability of death has to be faced at last. So the decisions have to be taken appropriately. Ethics is making the person dying with dignity, comfortable, at the end of life rather than simply extending the life of a person without hope.
