I don't agree with this statement . According to me ,moral values are inherent from parents in the same way as any other specific features. The humans beings are inherently moral but with time , experiences, and situation, they become more or less moral to fulfill their needs . It's not that people are excluded from being moral based on their circumstances , their circumstances make them immoral .
