Answer: The factirs that influences the adolescent's delinquency as this term is used to explain the illegal actions that has been performed by minors. Factors that contributes the delinquency are:

  • Poor school attendance
  • Poor education level
  • Violence occurs at home
  • Socioeconomic status.

This can be prevented by various methods such as for example encouraging children to indulge in meaningful activities. This can include outdoor games, planting trees etc. Reduce the violence at home as parents should not fight in front of their children. The next example is to provide counselling to the children.

Exercise doesn't have its effect only on our body but also on mind. Exercise provides better sleep, peace to mind. This lead to increase the efficiency of the brain. Brain gets sufficient supply of oxygen due to exercising.

Older adults should indulge in slow walk, jogging, meditation etc. This will provide peace and calmness to their mind as well as enhance the quality of living.
