1) It is very correct that the culture will really influence an individuals viewpoint on food items an consumption of food.Usually the cultural principles will influence how an individual believe regarding the fatness an slim.Some category of individuals are more agree to receive excessive body mass and some other categories are not agreeing to receive it.Obesity is a condition that need more time to occur because of the bad diet and way of living,like the consumption of food in a excessive amount ,over dependence on fast foods( The fast food will be normally having too much of sugar and fat)The consumption of high calorie drinks like the alcohol is also a primary reason for obesity.Nowadays the obesity in teenagers or young individuals are high and this is because of the disparity among calorie consumption and calorie used.The elements like heredity,developmental factors and surroundings are also having main role in childhood obesity.

2) The subcutaneous fat is bumpy fat which is seen beneath the dermis.This fat is normally innocuous and sometimes it may save us from some illnesses.The Visceral fat is the fat which is seen around certain organs and it is not possible to see this fat from exterior ,it will be always connected with lots of diseases.Usually the excessive body mass will enhance the chance of different disorders.Some of that disorders are cardiac problems,tumor,sadness and stroke.

3) Some of the factors that contribute to excess body weight are,

* One of the important factor is the genetics.That means if the parents are having overweight,then there are high chance for their children to have overweight.

* Enhanced consumption of Junk foods.

* An another factor is insulin-Because insulin is the major hormone which manage energy stock.

* Some drugs- Obesity can be caused by the aftereffects of some drugs

* Leptin Hormone- This is a major hormone that perform major part in obesity.

Some of the important measures to minimize the risk leading to weight gain are,

- Engage in exercise daily.

- Make a good and health giving food consumption scheme.

- Avoid eating junk food as much as possible.

- Check your weight in regular intervals.

- Follow regularity in life.
