The gender gap is unequal access to get chances between the sexes. in some areas, the gender gap to be addressed or narrowed between men and women.
Example:
- There was a pay gap difference between men and women for wages and salaries, continuous promotion and chance of employment for men than women.
-There was higher education access for men than women, they get very little opportunity for higher education than men.
-Women have low financial tools like access to the bank account. men get more financial tools in an easy way than women
There gender gaps between men and women lead to mental illness and stress. This discrimination based on gender gap can be narrowed by policy attention in the future, it empowers women and girls to achieve the sustainable development goal during their adulthood.
