Out of the 10 steps of glycolysis, the first, third and 10th steps are termed as irreversible reactions.

In the first and the third terms, ATP is converted to ADP, thus being hydrolysed.

In the last step, the phosphoenolpyruvate is converted to pyruvate , thus getting tautomerized.

Therfore, the correct answer is c)ATP hydrolysis; enol to keto tautomerization
