the flow of electrons from one atom to other/several adjacent atoms in a molecule is known as delocalization.

resonance structures are the Lewis structure which have the same placement of atoms but different in the arrangment of electrons. A hybrid of the contributing structure represents the real structure of the molecule and is known as resonance hybrid. the resonance contributors are represented with double headed arrow .
