Abortion is an act of killing a life which is about to see the world after birth but it is made legal by the US Supreme court when it can endanger the mother's life or the decision making is given in the hands of the women to abort or to continue pregnancy. The State can take the rights to provide abortion service based on proper ethical ,moral and legal research to formulate a policy.This can enable a women to approach to each state they reside and not to the National system which is often complicated to reach and get the services.

Wrongful life refers to a child born with disabilities or any severe congenital anamoly can sue their parents or the person who is responsible for their birth either through guardian or by parents. In order to prevent the suffering and pain the cause of action is important to prevent this in future and it should be continued.

The hospitals provides services based on their availability, capabilities and as per the law.Certain hospital provides services for abortions whereas certain hospitals do not provide these services based on their rules and regulations ,policies and protocols with proper authorization. Hence they should be able to decide what type of reproductive services they will provide and they will not provide.
