There will be lack of communication especially lack of listening to their words.. communication skills necessary by listening ones problem..listening competencies in the workplace and it's implications should be more important to be in attention in the subject of listening.

Filtered listening:

They used to avoid unnecessary communication and failure to listen..Hearing only what you want to hear and providing importance for your conversation..

Evaluative listening:

It is a critical listening to evaluate and judge about what is being said..it can strengthen and weaken the statement by truth identification,perhaps to change our behaviour and may be even to change our beliefs .

Fast centered rather than person centered listening:

Listening fast with out paying attention to the person..they will listen to the words with out providing Attention to the person..

Sympathetic listening:

We will take care about other person and we will show our concern the way we will pay more attention and express our sorrow for their problems..
