2. The judges action - sue the whole group of people . Judges make new pronouncements and make that grant new kinds of legal rights .

3. These group of people has violated the code of ethics . Code of ethics are the basic set principle which an individual has to follow in life both in personal and professional . These are set of rules which guide the individuals to differentiate between right and wrong . The code of ethics are in medical profession are :-
