Answer #1

m(solvent)= density * volume

= 1.00 g/mL * 546 mL

= 546 g

= 0.546 kg

use:

Molality,

m = number of mol / mass of solvent in Kg

=(0.239 mol)/(0.546 Kg)

= 0.4377 molal

Answer: 0.438 molal
