They play a vital role in the training of the staff.It On job training are one where the employees are supervised by their seniors or enexperienced staff.Off-job training are one which is conducted through seminars,classroom activities .Internet is accessible and affordable to all so training is also conducted via it or through audio or video calls.The training for potential candidates for developing leaderships skills are also done.

Apprentice are the one who works as assistant as a beginner in their career.

Performance appraisal are done on yearly basis,Compensation are given combining the perks and pay.Salary are the fixed income of the employee and wages are the hours of work they do are credited as money in their salary.
