Most of the peoples want to be healthy and improve there lives but don't know how. So i m going to give some tips regarding to improve there lives.

One of the major role to improve our lives is proper hygiene , nutritional food, regular exercise, and to avoid things like ( tobacco, smoke, etc) but many of the people are far away from these. To maintain a proper health and free from diseases we should follow a healthy diet plan, high intake of water, proper rest and meditation.

ex : when we wake up in the morning, we should drink 2 glasses of warm water(empty stomach) it will help the body mechanism to work properly. likewise it is effective for proper digestion.

As our life style changes, we are more prone to diseases. internet and multi medias are doing the things within a minute, we are not doing any hard work to get anything. which badly effect on the life style and daily rutine.

ex: we should take medical check up in every 6 month, like Hemoglobin, blood, RBC, WBC, nutrophils etc, check up. to avoid the diseases and to maintain proper health.
