Some of the people doesn't have knowledge or information regarding the healthy lifestyle and it's benefits. Advices from people specially those who are indulge in the health professional activities can be beneficial for people. The healthcare professionals provides specific information regarding the uplifting the health quality among people and community.

For Example, at present obesity is most common problem that is being faced by one or the other person. Obesity causes many other diseases such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes etc. The major factors of the obesity are unhealthy eating habits, increased intake of caffeinated beverages, alcohol consumption as well as lack of physical activity. So, change in the behavior such as adopting healthy lifestyle, indulging physical activities can maintain healthy weight. It has been found that a minimum 35 minutes of exercise can provide healthy weight, healthy mental conditions etc.

So, advice can change the lifestyle and make them healthy by adopting specific methods which can be beneficial for everyone.
