we define health as a state of positive feeling towards the body - physically and mentally and a diseased free condition. yes, our definition is different from world health organization as according to WHO, health is a complete state of well being of a person i.e. physically, mentally, socially (social relations with family, friends, and others).

health can be measured through different equipment, tools, and techniques. like the BMI of a person will tell about the weight status. it can also be measured through blood pressure, X-rays, measuring cholesterol and sugar levels, measuring sleeping hours, etc.
