Answer: Mental health is a state or the psychological functioning which has not any kind of illness. A person with good mental health acts and behave properly.

Some of the alternative perspectives of healthy and normal functioning that seem strange such as :

  • Aggressive behaviour: Although it is considered to be normal but still being aggressive is not a good sign of mental health.
  • Not having feelings or emotions: Sometimes people don't have sympathy towards the poor people or beggar or any needy. This is also one kind of mental illness.
  • Jealousy: This is kind of feeling which can be considered to be normal but Excessive jealousy destroy the things and human.
