Discuss what constitutes a health services organization’s product(s). How do we define what drives consumer choice? Is it care for a disease, illness, or injury? Or a certain set of services (e.g., cardiac or fertility services)? Or a prominent physician or hospital name?

According to me, health service organization's products are bundle of elements which are provided to patients to improve their health, treat their illness or injury and provide the concepts and procedures developed are applicable to other health care organizations.

for example- medication to patients is also the part of health services organization’s product and doing big surgery is also the constituents of health services organization’s product.

Customer choice is driven by their needs or wants so i can say that if a customers suffers from injury so customer would want to see a doctor to treat his injury. he can choose any hospital which ever he think would be best for treatment of his injury. If as customer do not want to go to a big hospital if i can get a treatment in small clinic then name or big hospital name would not change my choice or decision.

As we all know customer's choices are depend on their needs and wants to it can be based on illness or injury or certain set of services (e.g., cardiac or fertility services) Or a prominent physician or hospital name we can not accurately predict their choices.i think different different customers would be able to cover all these constituents of health services organization’s product.
