Nutritional assessment includes the following like Anthropometric, Biochemical, Clinical and Dietary assessment

A carbohydrate exchange is done to formulate a diet for a patient with diabetes to plan their substitute for carbohydrates and thus help them to control the blood glucose levels

The weighing can be categorized into the anthropometric assessment. This should also include the required amount and the quantity of food taken by an individual, At the end of nutritional assessment, the professionals and patient's should be aware of how much amount of food to be taken

A diet recall is one about a patient who gives a complete history of what they take in the last 24 hours .It has its limitations of using because diet recall can change every other day
