Answer #1

If the performance of my employee is not good this will effect my business in such a way that I will incur losses and have to shut down my new business. Any business runs on a good performance by its employees.

The behaviour I expect from my employee is that they are hard working, not neglecting their work, they shpsho complete their work on time, team work, good communication skills, self motivated , positive attitude, Consistency in performance.

The behaviour that would create problem for a business is that wasting time during office hours, not being responsible to their work, gossiping , negative attitude, poor performance etc.

I will give my employees the chance of both work from home and work flexible hours because it will help them to complete the tasks on time. Work from home will only given to few selected employees whom company consider that they will do their work on time, good performer consistently, with a good rating and works hard. If they work from home they will complete the task or assignment in time even when or any holiday or something.

Guidelines which I give my employees who work from home are ,

They have a seperate login id where they should use that I'd not their employee id.

They will be given a laptop where data cannot to copied to any device.

The session time will be recorded whenever they will login and logout.

They should bound by company rules no data will be leaked by them.

They have to complete their assignments on time otherwise they will not be again given a chance to work from home unless company believes again that they can work from home. They will not be given access to third party websites.

I will keep a follow an recruitment process of two tier system for the requirements of my employees.

From the group of applicant I will select them by conducting

Online exam , communication test , Group discussion in the first round and sort out people basing on scores in that round.

Second round will be interview conducted face to face.

Depending the interview performance I will recruit them.

The business team will monitor the employee depending on the work they have done and quality of that work along with quantity. So depending on this the employee will be given bonus or incentives or hike in salary etc.

Weak employees will be given a week training to make them understand what are the weak points that made them perdope poorly compared to others. They will be guided with good ones so that they will perform better.
