I would describe the excellent performance demonstrated by the staff by highlighting and considering the following qualities and features of staff:

- Integrity: When the employees are completely transparent and trustworthy towards the employer and the organization, they are considered as an excellent performer. It is important for them t be honest with everything to the organization.

- Teamwork: When the employee knows how to work in a team together with harmony and collaboration, they are considered as giving excellent contributions. Also, self-motivators are the essential human assets for the organizations that are the excellent performers who achieve targets by being the leader of the team and guides the team for a common goal.

- Ability to meet expectations: I would also call an employee as an excellent performer who can meet the expectations every single time. S8uch employees are considered extraordinary who not only focuses on achieving the organizational goal but personal goals as well.
