a. i will selection USP, that is United States pharmacopeia

it indicates the standard of drugs.

B. 1 tablet= 2mg

1/2 tablet = 1mg

1/4 tablet= 0.5mg

Patient need 7.5mg

So 3.0Mg(2tablet is 6mg)+1Mg+0.5mg

2tab+ 1/2 tab+1/4tab

2.75 tablet meet 7.5mg dose
