The marks on the medicine indicates that the ingredients listed on the label are in the declared amount and strength.

B) 3 tablets of lovastatin USP will be given per day .

Because the available dose of lovastatin USP tablet is 10 mg each tablet so, to make 30 mg we have to give 3 tablets of 10 mg to the patient.
