It is important to note that there is a difference between two extremes between each of the five personality factors. Extraversion, for example, is a continuum between extreme extraversion and extreme introversion. Many people in the real world reside somewhere between the two polar ends of each dimension.

Openness

It feature contains features such as creativity and insight.1 People who are high in this feature often appear to have a wide variety of interests. They're curious about the world and other people and looking forward to learning new things and enjoying new experiences. Individuals in this trait who are strong appear to be more adventurous and imaginative. People with this characteristic are often much more traditional and can struggle with abstract thinking.

Conscientiousness

This dimension's standard features include high levels of thoughtfulness, strong impulse control, and goal-driven behaviors. Highly conscientious people appear to be coordinated and specifics are taken into account. We plan ahead, we think about how their actions impacts others, and they are mindful of deadlines.

Extraversion

This dimension's standard features include high levels of thoughtfulness, strong impulse control, and goal-driven behaviors.
Extraversion (or extroversion) is characterized by excitability, sociability, talkability, assertiveness, and emotional expressiveness of a high amount. People who are high in extraversion are outgoing and in social situations tend to gain energy. It helps them feel energized and excited about being around other people. People with low (or introverted) extraversion tend to be more reserved and have less energy to spend in social settings. To order to "recharge," social events may feel exhausting and introverts also need a time of isolation and silence.

Agreeableness

This dimension of personality includes attributes such as trust, altruism, kindness, affection, and other prosocial behaviors. People who are high in agreement tend to be more cooperative, while those who are low in this trait tend to be more competitive and sometimes even manipulative.

Neuroticism

Neuroticism is a characteristic of depression, moodiness, and emotional instability. High in this trait, individuals tend to experience mood swings, depression, irritability, and sadness. Those who are weak in this trait tend to be more balanced and resilient to emotion.

The trait that represents my ideals is Extraversion as i am action-oriented, enthusiastic, visible to people, and capable of asserting myself .
