Introduction :

1.The process , strategies and plans which we follow for finally achiving the objective of the project on what we need to conclude.

2.Before a project is going to be started the research partners need to know the importance of project on what we are doing and upto which extent we are going in that particular project need to clearly understood,without a clear sense of what the research project is trying to accomplish,it will be difficult to design a practical and effective project.

Parts of plans or strategies are as follows :

Developing the mission of a project is the main part, mission statement should be developed with the help of all research partners then only every will be effectively involved and efficienty participate in the project our plan need to contain the following three aspects such as a.Goals b.General Strategies and c. Developing the common under standing skills.

a.GOALS :

1.what the research or project is trying to accomplish ? For Example our project is about the invention of flying ambulance we need to understand that name is about our idea which indicates that when any accident takes place at a forest area where the medicines are not proprly avaliable based on the emergancy then theses flying ambulance can be used to deliver the medicines to the need full on time.

2.What type of problems the research is trying to solve ? Are thay any ecological,economic and social problems ?

Such as when the life a persion has been due to non avaliability of the medicines (social problem ) are they any mis use of the transport (ecological & economical)

b.General Strategies

1.These are required of many serious thoughts that where we operate the centre of control and the planing are need to be perfectly executed as they are planned.

2.will research involes organizing meetings,workshops & interviews for the averness camps of the projets need to implemented strongly.

c.Developing the common understanding skills

1.The projects which we are going to be developed need not to be complex it should be i such a way that i can be understood by the common man without much difficulty.

2.For every project there should be some ground rules that will guide the research .for example in cade of our flying ambulance it should be used for the purpose of saving lives of the common people but not for transporting of harmfull thing and not for any single individual benefit
