After calculating an enthalpy of neutralization, you are told the concentration of NaOH used was 5% less than indicated on its label and asked to recalculate your enthalpy of neutralization. Will the recalculated value be larger, smaller, or the same as you originally calculated?

The Enthalpy of Neutralization will be less as calculated before because while calculating the enthaply of neutralization, the heat is generated due to the reaction of hydrogen ions with hydroxyl ions. So, if the concentration of hydroxyl ions was less, less amount of reactions take place, and therefore less energy is realeased.
