Answer: Any substance which causes cancer is known to be carcinogenic. The malignant cells replicates and does not die easily. The maligamal tumors grow into masses. Many of the cells multiple and grow and hence known as benign tumor.

Cruciferous vegetables are rich in vitamin nutrients and protien which helps in rebuilding the cells. It also contains the healthy amines which binds the free radicals in the body.
